Are you looking for a way to connect with your baby? Have you heard about the health benefits of massage for little ones? Or are you simply in search of something to do outside of the house? This infant massage workshop will teach you some basic massage techniques to use on our little one at home, while also allowing you to connect with other parents in a safe and welcoming environment. 

With an extensive background as an RMT, Kierra Tremblay earned her certificate in Infant Massage Instruction from Fit4Two in Vancouver. She has always focused her massage practice on prenatal and postpartum health. By offering this workshop in Infant Massage, she hopes to offer support and community to new parents, while helping them bond with their babies.

What to bring: An oil or lotion of your choosing, a blanket or towel that you don’t mind getting messy, and any snacks, diapers, bottles, etc. you may need for the allotted time (approx. 90 minutes).

This will be a safe space to nurse, feed, change and whatever else you need to do! However, there are private spaces available if desired.
