Meet the spaces

We’ve got a nest, a pod, and a beautiful studio complete with a lounge and kitchenette.

  • The Studio

    For $50 per hour, our studio comes complete with 16 yoga mats, blocks, bolsters and blankets for the ultimate cozy and healing experience for everyone. We also have a great sound system!

    When you rent the space, you have access to the entire space, including the kitchen and lounge.

    A private room with ample space for a massage table, seating area or even 1:1 movement sessions. Complete with Smart TV for casting presentations and a large white board.

Studios has a lot going on inside:

  • Complete setup for up to 16 people (yoga mats, bolsters, etc.)

  • Brass Singing Bowls (all 7 chakras)

  • Crystal (silicone) Singing Bowls (all 7 chakras)

  • Seating for up to 30 people (20 conference chairs and 10 seating with couches and quality office chairs

  • Yep. A set of kick ass electronic drums (talk to Sean)
