Enjoy movement and wellbeing classes ranging from Yoga and mindfulness to somatic release and sound healing. Our intent is to become Brentwood Bay’s favourite choice for all things mind, body and soulcraft.

Vinyasa Flow

Yoga for Sleep

Slow down, connect within, and rest deeply. Gentle movement, breath, and Yoga Nidra to soothe stress and welcome all your layers of tiredness. All levels welcome!

TUESDAY

Yin & Sound

Sink into stillness with Yin Yoga. Long-held poses, breath, and props release tension and open the body. End with crystal bowl sound meditation for deep mind-body relaxation.

Pelvic Floor Yoga

Candelit Deep Rest & Breath

Experience deep rest with restorative yoga and calming breathwork. Perfect for busy minds, anxious hearts, and anyone seeking peace, calm, and gentle release.

Somatic Release Yoga
