Evening or Full Day Prenatal Classes
Join us in a small group setting to discuss birth preparation and parenting your newborn(s).
Labour & Delivery Class covers what it's like to deliver in the Victoria area, the childbirth continuum including signs of labour, medical assistance, and comfort measures.
Infant Feeding focuses on breast/chest feeding but also covers syringe feeding, cup feeding, and paced-bottle feeding. Breast/chest feeding component will cover feeding positions, latching, milk production, supporting a strong milk supply and local resources for extra support.
Newborn & Parenting covers the early days and weeks postpartum including care of newborn and care of parent(s). Topics include postpartum healing, newborn bathing & diapering, infant crying & soothing, expected sleep patterns, local resources for extra support and more! If there is class interest, we may briefly cover Infant CPR (no certificate provided).

Sound & Breath - FAMILY EDITION! *New Time
Are you a parent looking to share a healing and connective experience with your family? Come join Catherine alongside your local community in a family bonding evening. Being a parent can be stressful at times, so come and release any anxiety and stress you are carrying through the power of breathwork.
Catherine will explore and teach breathing exercises, tapping and somatic movement to help regulate everyone's nervous systems. She will explore parasympathetic breathing to help you tune into your rest and digest and get you out of fight or flight.
The flow of the class will be a half hour of breathing, 10-15 minutes of sound and finish with a sharing circle.
A parental guardian must be present - kids cannot attend by themselves.
Kids 14 and under are free!

Explore the anatomy of the knee joint and its function, how deepening the connection of the core/hip muscles to the feet contributes to knee health and how gentle movement can increase mobility.

5 Element Somatic Series - Yoga & Acupuncture
Join us for a set of 5 Somatic Yoga and Acupuncture classes that will leave you feeling rejuvenated and grounded.
Each week is unique - with a focus on different meridian systems and their associated organs. The 1-hour session begins with yoga, followed by acupuncture, aromatherapy, and scalp massage, finishing with a customized herbal tea blend corresponding to the weekly theme. These classes activate the body's healing process, allowing the therapeutic effects to last long after the treatment itself.

Conscious Connected Breathwork
Sympathetic Breathwork (faster paced, cathartic session)
We will start the class with some gentle somatic movement to help drop into our bodies, which may look tapping, or toning. We will then flow into our breathe for about 45 mins, then close our session with a 15mins sound healing session and close out with a cozy cup of organic herbal tea and a sharing circle.

Movement Meditation, with Maggie Calder
Movement Meditation - Embrace the moment. Enrich your life.

Community Acupuncture
Community acupuncture is an affordable, natural, and effective way to relax and experience relief from a wide range of health issues.
Like private acupuncture, community acupuncture uses fine, hairlike needles to stimulate the
body’s own healing mechanisms. From back pain to insomnia, indigestion to anxiety, acupuncture can provide both symptomatic relief and healing.
Appointments are low-cost and sliding scale, held in a small, quiet group setting, where participants can enjoy up to an hour of rest in their recliner of choice.

Postpartum Nutrition
Your first tender weeks postpartum will require surrender, release, and tuning into your needs with tools to support your nourishment and recovery. Our one hour seminars focus on nourishing yourself with food during the third trimester, labor and delivery, postpartum recovery, feeding, and menstrual cycle health.
Led by Meagan McKinney, a holistic nutritionist, we will explore vital minerals, protein needs, balancing blood sugar, hydration tips, meal prep support, snacks for labour, and understanding the right diet for preparation and recovery.
Postpartum support and therapeutics can begin at any time in your pregnancy, and up to 5 years postpartum or while feeding. With these strategies and therapeutic practices in place, you will have the tools to feel empowered and confident in your postpartum healing and supporting your cycle and hormones beyond postpartum.

FREE Yogalates Class
This class will be a more dynamic class focused on joyful movement. You will be steered through a practice of fluid vinyasa yoga seamlessly blended with smaller, fire-building Pilates routines. Your breath will be your primary guide, supporting you as you flow from yoga asanas while integrating mind to muscle in a more invigorating Pilates series. You will touch on each of the four elements of earth, water, fire, and air and the practice will begin on your mats, moving towards standing series. There will be lively motivating music and the practice will have some variation class-to-class. Should be a bright and enjoyable way to begin your weekend! All Levels Welcome

Join Jane Sloan for an engaging discussion on the symbolism and cycles of the moon in astrology. In this talk we will be exploring how the lunations can help us navigate the year ahead. Find out where the new moons, full moons and eclipses fall in your natal chart and which ares of life they will be activating.
Participants will receive their personalized birth chart, complete with notes to help them track and align with each lunation throughout the astrological seasons of 2025.
