Community Acupuncture, May 17
Community acupuncture is an affordable, natural, and effective way to relax and experience relief from a wide range of health issues.
Like private acupuncture, community acupuncture uses fine, hairlike needles to stimulate the
body’s own healing mechanisms. From back pain to insomnia, indigestion to anxiety, acupuncture can provide both symptomatic relief and healing.
Appointments are low-cost and sliding scale, held in a small, quiet group setting, where participants can enjoy up to an hour of rest in their recliner of choice.

5 Element Somatic Series - Yoga & Acupuncture
Join us for a set of 5 Somatic Yoga and Acupuncture classes that will leave you feeling rejuvenated and grounded.
Each week is unique - with a focus on different meridian systems and their associated organs. The 1-hour session begins with yoga, followed by acupuncture, aromatherapy, and scalp massage, finishing with a customized herbal tea blend corresponding to the weekly theme. These classes activate the body's healing process, allowing the therapeutic effects to last long after the treatment itself.

Evening Prenatal Classes
Join us in a small group setting to discuss birth preparation and parenting your newborn(s).
Labour & Delivery Class covers what it's like to deliver in the Victoria area, the childbirth continuum including signs of labour, medical assistance, and comfort measures.
Infant Feeding focuses on breast/chest feeding but also covers syringe feeding, cup feeding, and paced-bottle feeding. Breast/chest feeding component will cover feeding positions, latching, milk production, supporting a strong milk supply and local resources for extra support.
Newborn & Parenting covers the early days and weeks postpartum including care of newborn and care of parent(s). Topics include postpartum healing, newborn bathing & diapering, infant crying & soothing, expected sleep patterns, local resources for extra support and more! If there is class interest, we may briefly cover Infant CPR (no certificate provided).

Kundalini Yoga is a dynamic physical and spiritual practice designed to awaken the divine creative power within. In this class you will explore a mix of movement, breathwork, and mantra to transform your energy to a higher frequency and unlock meditative potential, then relax in the healing vibrations of a restorative harp sound bath. Suitable for all experience levels.

Conscious Connected Breathwork
Sympathetic Breathwork (faster paced, cathartic session)
We will start the class with some gentle somatic movement to help drop into our bodies, which may look tapping, or toning. We will then flow into our breathe for about 45-60 minutes, then close our session with a 15 minute sound healing session and close out with a cozy cup of organic herbal tea and a sharing circle.
New to breathwork? No problem, this class is welcome to all levels. Catherine is a certified Trauma Informed Breathwork Facilitator. The style of breathwork taught in this series is called Conscious Connected Circular Breathing. Catherine incorporates techniques from BBTRS (Biodynamic Breathwork Trauma Release System) including bodywork, movement, sound, and titration. Catherine will go over everything in class, reminding you that there is no right or wrong way to breathe. Just listen to what feels best for you, remembering you are always in control. Safety is a top priority for Catherine and she is most known for holding safe and transformative spaces during her sessions. A part of her intention with these breathes is to help release old narratives, tap into inner child wounding, and alchemize the emotions you are ready to acknowledge and work through.

Grow & Glow Class
Your daughter is invited to join Bonnie for an hour class providing some sound healing, yoga, meditation, calming tools and community.
With all the busyness of today's world it is important to take a moment to slow down. It is Bonnie’s passion to help teach young children these tools at an early age to help them learn to self-regulate and take a moment for self-care.
Registration is limited to 10 spots.

FREE Yoga for Beginners Class
This welcoming class is designed for those new to yoga or anyone who may feel intimidated by more advanced classes. Whether you're an older adult, have limited flexibility, or simply want to ease into a gentle movement practice, this class is for you! We’ll focus on building foundational yoga postures at a comfortable pace, using props and modifications to ensure accessibility for all body types and fitness levels.
You don't need to worry about "keeping up" – this is about moving and stretching your body, building confidence, and connecting with your breath. Each class will guide you through simple, effective poses that promote flexibility, strength, and relaxation, leaving you feeling refreshed and more connected to your body.

Our Lunar Harmony: Full Moon Healing Circle is a sacred gathering designed to harness the powerful energies of the Full Moon to release, renew, and rejuvenate.
Join us for this 2-hour event will guide you through a journey of alignment and understanding of this special Frost Moon, a special meditation, reflection and journaling, a full moon intention setting, fostering a space for inner peace and transformation in community.

Sound & Breath - FAMILY EDITION! *New Time
Are you a parent looking to share a healing and connective experience with your family? Come join Catherine alongside your local community in a family bonding evening. Being a parent can be stressful at times, so come and release any anxiety and stress you are carrying through the power of breathwork.
Catherine will explore and teach breathing exercises, tapping and somatic movement to help regulate everyone's nervous systems. She will explore parasympathetic breathing to help you tune into your rest and digest and get you out of fight or flight.
The flow of the class will be a half hour of breathing, 10-15 minutes of sound and finish with a sharing circle.
A parental guardian must be present - kids cannot attend by themselves.
Kids 14 and under are free!

Postpartum Nutrition
Your first tender weeks postpartum will require surrender, release, and tuning into your needs with tools to support your nourishment and recovery. Our one hour seminars focus on nourishing yourself with food during the third trimester, labor and delivery, postpartum recovery, feeding, and menstrual cycle health.
Led by Meagan McKinney, a holistic nutritionist, we will explore vital minerals, protein needs, balancing blood sugar, hydration tips, meal prep support, snacks for labour, and understanding the right diet for preparation and recovery.
Postpartum support and therapeutics can begin at any time in your pregnancy, and up to 5 years postpartum or while feeding. With these strategies and therapeutic practices in place, you will have the tools to feel empowered and confident in your postpartum healing and supporting your cycle and hormones beyond postpartum.

FREE Info Session on Art Therapy and the Therapeutic Power of the Arts
Through the simple art of making things, we will tune in to body, mind, emotions & spirit. We will scribble, collage, and play with colour: no art skills necessary.
