Healthy Hips - 6 Week Series
Join us for this in-depth exploration of the pelvis and the hip joint. Increasing our awareness of how our pelvis was designed to work will improve the function not only of this area but the knees and feet.
We will start each session with a short educational segment and then move into a set of gentle explorations and exercises designed to be doable for most people. These classes are not designed to diagnose or treat specific issues. If you have any doubts about your ability to participate in the class, please check with your health professional.
All the necessary props will be provided.
Cacao & Sound
This special event is designed to help you reconnect, reset, and restore balance after a busy season. I invite you to join me as we step into the new year with intention, peace and a moment of pause. We will begin by opening our hearts with a heart-expanding Cacao Ceremony, a sacred space for self-reflection, intention and healing.
As the Cacao works its magic, you'll be serenaded by a 60-minute sound bath, where soothing frequencies guide you into a deeply relaxing parasympathetic state, allowing your body, mind and spirit. to fully unwind. This experience is an invitation to let go of stress, embrace stillness, live in the moment and receive sound medicine to enter the new year feeling grounded and rejuvenated.

Yin & Sound
Immerse yourself in the slow meditative pace of Yin Yoga. Gently allow yourself to sink into shapes and land in stillness. Connecting breath with sensation to feel deeper into our bodies, focusing on stretching the connective tissues and improving joint circulation. The opportunity to create space in the body with the use of props gives the body permission to let go of tension while holding shapes from 3-5 minutes. Integrating the yin sequence in savasana is enhanced with a 20 minute sound meditation using crystal bowls to further enhance your experience by promoting a deeper state of relaxation for the body and mind.
This class is for all levels. If you're trying Yin for the first time or are a seasoned practitioner. Everyone is welcome. All Levels.
Lunar Astrology for 2025
Join Jane Sloan for an engaging discussion on the symbolism and cycles of the moon in astrology. In this talk we will be exploring how the lunations can help us navigate the year ahead. Sound & Breath - FAMILY EDITION!
Are you a parent looking to share a healing and connective experience with your family? Come join Catherine alongside your local community in a family bonding evening. Being a parent can be stressful at times, so come and release any anxiety and stress you are carrying through the power of breathwork.
Catherine will explore and teach breathing exercises, tapping and somatic movement to help regulate everyone's nervous systems. She will explore parasympathetic breathing to help you tune into your rest and digest and get you out of fight or flight.
The flow of the class will be a half hour of breathing, 10-15 minutes of sound and finish with a sharing circle.
A parental guardian must be present - kids cannot attend by themselves.

Human Biological Processes - A Continuum Exploration, with Susanne Martman
Life itself is constant transformation. Emilie Conrad described one of the facets of continuum as learning ‘the art of dissolving,’ coming together in new and more complex levels of organization. The 'soma,' or body, is growth and change in action, often with significant transformations in our lives beautifully mirrored by internal biological processes. Through our awareness we have the opportunity to join with these subtle movements as a way of participating with the creative processes of the entire organism: respiration as an opening to greater resource, circulation as an enlivening fluidity, digestion as nourishment, the nervous system laying down pathways of learning and movement - with the heart steadily orchestrating the ‘choreography of life.’ All are gestures of the living body, with its inner and outer expressions.
