Conscious Connected Breathwork

Sympathetic Breathwork (faster paced, cathartic session)

We will start the class with some gentle somatic movement to help drop into our bodies, which may look tapping, or toning. New to breathwork? No problem, this class is welcome to all levels. Catherine is a certified Trauma Informed Breathwork Facilitator. The style of breathwork taught in this series is called Conscious Connected Circular Breathing. Catherine incorporates techniques from BBTRS (Biodynamic Breathwork Trauma Release System) including bodywork, movement, sound, and titration. Safety is a top priority for Catherine and she is most known for holding safe and transformative spaces during her sessions. Nervous System Regulation Workshop
Jun

Nervous System Regulation Workshop

We will briefly go through a discussion on the Nervous System and learn about the five different responses that our body’s natural intelligence can use in order to live in the world that we live in.

We need to access both the Sympathetic and Parasympathetic Nervous Systems. Neither are good or bad, as they are necessary for our survival.

Rather than working against these responses and being in a state of chronic stress, we can learn how to upregulate and down regulate in an effortless and balanced way to thrive.

We will be working with the body, moving, breathing, sounding and touching through a series of somatic embodiment practices that you will be able to utilize anytime you find yourself in any one of the responses. However, you can also use these practices anytime for emotional hygiene, in order to self-regulate and co-regulate with other nervous systems.

Contact me through email or directly message me via Instagram to RSVP. Looking forward to meeting and connecting with you all.

PRICE SCALE: $25-35

Air Temple - Men’s Breathwork

Air Temple - Men’s Breathwork

The solutions we seek are often already within us - as we pause and breathe to infuse ourselves with the magic of what we are - Always interconnected to the Source of Life. The breath is the intermediary that bridges what we are, what nature delivers freely, and what we are becoming.

Believe in yourself - find where you Belong - and Become what you truly want to be

This magical formula occurs best through honest expression of our innermost feelings. Breath is the ancient technology that models how to release what we no longer need. All we gotta do is show up, learn a few skills for how to share openly and stay connected to ourselves, and let the rest unfold from a state of Willing Curiosity!
