Ashley is a versatile yogi whose teaching style integrates yoga, Qi Gong, and elements from her background in dance and acrobatics. With a foundation rooted in functional movement for strength, mobility, and nervous system regulation, she brings a dynamic and holistic approach to her teaching.

Drawing from her diverse background, Ashley's classes are crafted to weave the power of breathwork with creative movement to facilitate a journey of self-discovery. Her intention is to empower students to cultivate balance, strength, and alignment both on and off the mat.

Outside the studio, Ashley is deeply engaged in her studies of Traditional Chinese Medicine and acupuncture. She shares her passion for holistic well-being through the practice of Thai massage and supports expecting families as a birth doula. She finds refuge in nature, which serves as an endless well of inspiration for her.
