Join us in co-creating a safe space in this all women event, where we will give ourselves full permission to breathe into the ancient wisdom that lies within our bodies. This session will explore the themes of Trust, Pleasure, Curiosity and Self-Worth, Shadow + Inner Child work. This is a space where we will be safe to express ourselves to the fullest.You will be encouraged to utilize the power of your voice, for all of those times you've felt quieted in the past. This will be a space to get comfortable with the "uncomfortable".

We will be co-creating a safe and transformative space together that will allow us to dive deep into ourselves. We will use the power of our breath to come back into the present moment and into a space of sensuality and reclamation. If you are in a time of your life right now where you are wanting to embody the change you are yearning for, and re-write old stories that no longer serve you, this session is for you!

A break down of what the evening will look like:
We will start the night with an opening circle and intention setting. Then we will drop into our bodies, which may look like gentle movement, tapping, or toning. We will then flow into our breathe for about 45-60 mins, a close out with a grounding sound healing session. We will then have a 5 mins silent journaling session paired with a cozy cup of organic herbal tea and a sharing circle.

As a trauma informed facilitator, safety is a top priority for her, and she is most known for holding safe and transformative spaces during her sessions. Catherine is here to remind you of the inner power and strength that resides within you, and that you are your own healer. You are the one doing the work! As Tony Robins says, “ I am not your Guru.” You will often hear auditory cues in her sessions, encouraging you to tap into your inner strength and your inner healer. Her breathing sessions explore themes around, reclamation, empowerment, trust, and deep surrender.
New to breathwork? No problem, Catherine will go over everything in class, reminding you that there is no right or wrong way to breathe. Just listen to what feels best for you, remembering you are always in control. She looks forward to sharing a session with you soon! And remember… Deep Breaths.
