Physical pain, lack of sleep, and a racing mind can significantly impact on our quality of life. These issues have been identified by attendees at my mediation classes as their major concerns. Meditation, and its application to everyday life may be of benefit in these areas.
In this 3 hour class we will practice guided meditations to specifically focus on these aspects of life. There will be suggestions of how to manage these issues outside of meditation, and the opportunity to share your experiences in the class.
This workshop is particularly helpful for those with little or no meditation experience, but those with more practice who would like to attend will be warmly welcomed. I teach in a down to earth, practical non dogmatic way that I hope is acceptable to everybody. As I frequently state in my classes, meditation is not an Olympic sport! There is no success or failure, just learning to experience this moment without judgment.
This class is offered on a donation basis, with suggested minimum donation of $20.
