Relax and Recharge, 4 Week Series (with drop-ins available)

  • Fünketown 101-7161 West Saanich Road Brentwood Bay, BC, V8M 1P7 Canada (map)

If you've been feeling overwhelmed, fatigued, or anxious lately, know that you are not alone in these challenging times. Many people are experiencing heightened emotions like anger and frustration, fatigue, depression, as well as sleep disturbances,  making self-care more essential than ever. By prioritizing your well-being, you not only nurture yourself but also create a positive impact on those around you.

With the upcoming eclipse energies in March, we can expect significant shifts ahead. Eclipses symbolize transformation prompting us to consider what we need to release, both individually and collectively, to embrace a new chapter. I warmly invite you to join me in this Stress Release Challenge, designed to help you navigate these shifts and maintain balance, focus, and the energy needed to pursue your aspirations throughout the year!

Release the stress and anxiety and embrace a sense of joy and ease!

This 4-week challenge offers a holistic approach to stress relief, featuring meditations and energy exercises designed to alleviate both emotional and physical stress, boost your immune system, and help you find greater joy and energy. You'll also engage in gentle somatic exercises aimed at easing muscle tension and fatigue.

Each 1.5 hour session includes handouts that empower you to apply these valuable techniques for continued relaxation and resilience in your daily life. This class gives you two classes in one - Energy and Somatics!

Topics will include:

  • Daily Energy Routine exercises and their uses

  • Grounding Exercises

  • Exercises to address various emotions

  • Breathing exercises

  • Energy flows related to stress, their impact, and ways to balance

  • Build resilience to colds and flus

  • The Energies of Spring and how to maintain balance as we move into a new season

  • Weekly Somatics (gentle movement) routine - bring a yoga mat

  • Weekly Meditations

Each week will build on the one previous.

Lisa Wieben

Lisa is deeply passionate about helping others unlock and optimize their innate healing abilities to lead healthy, vibrant, and joy filled lives.

As a former horse trainer, Lisa encountered numerous injuries throughout her career. She discovered Somatic movement education had the most profound impact on her body, not only providing relief from pain, but also improving balance, coordination, range of motion and strength. After seeing the effects on her own body and improvements in her riding, she enrolled in the 3 year Clinical training program in 2015. Passionate about sharing this knowledge, she now helps others comprehend their muscle tension, how it manifests as a habit (subconscious pattern) in their body, and how they can release these patterns through gentle movements.

In 2017, she came across Eden Energy Medicine after dealing with health issues and surgeries, which prompted her to seek natural ways to boost her well-being. Now an Eden Energy Medicine Advanced Practitioner, Lisa particularly enjoys working with women’s health as well as tackling the impacts of stress on the body and in the development of autoimmune conditions. She believes that stress plays a significant role in many chronic illnesses today. While working with clients she has also uncovered the significant advantages of using Energy Medicine and Somatics together to alleviate pain, muscle tension, and even release stored emotions from the body.

Lisa’s teachings empower her clients to manage their own health and wellness, offering self-care exercises and techniques for maintaining progress. She is committed to helping individuals achieve their best health and movement potential, and finds fulfillment in guiding each client through their unique healing journey.
