What is trauma? Why and how is it stored in our bodies? How can Restorative Yoga, Somatics, and Breathwork help? Come and explore ways to better understand and release trauma, persistent pain, body tension, and hyper-vigilance in a welcoming, inclusive space.
This workshop includes education, discussion, somatic exercises, and a 1-hour Deep Release Restorative Yoga class, as well as light refreshments.
