Yin & Sound, November 8

On Friday, November 8 and 29th, immerse yourself in the slow meditative pace of Yin Yoga. Gently allow yourself to sink into shapes and land in stillness. Connecting breath with sensation to feel deeper into our bodies, focusing on stretching the connective tissues and improving joint circulation. The opportunity to create space in the body with the use of props gives the body permission to let go of tension while holding shapes from 3-5 minutes. Integrating the yin sequence in savasana is enhanced with a 20 minute sound meditation using crystal bowls to further enhance your experience by promoting a deeper state of relaxation for the body and mind. 

This class is for all levels. If you're trying Yin for the first time or are a seasoned practitioner.  Everyone is welcome. All Levels.


Krystal Bertrand

Krystal started her yoga practice over 20 years ago. Being a lifelong student, she decided in summer 2021 to take the leap to becoming a teacher. After completing her first 200 hours, she continued her training through various styles of yoga. “The transformation from student to teacher has been amazing; yet, I will always be a student of yoga.”

Krystal’s passionate about teaching Yin & Restorative yoga while using breath and sound to help deepen students' grounding and overall experience. Finding peace in stillness. Victoria has always been her home, exploring and enjoying all the beauty the island offers, getting out in nature only takes a few minutes to connect and feel grounded with the earth. Krystal’s family also fosters for the Victoria Humane Society. Helping save lives one puppy/dog at a time.
