What’s stopping you from living your best life - a life from which you don’t need to escape, one where every day you move in the direction of your dreams with confidence and unshakeable self-belief?
Every obstacle that’s holding you back from this future self is rooted in your belief system – a system which lives in the body. Your belief system is your programming, and it includes your beliefs about your own self-worth, capability, wholeness, and lovability. Chances are good that you are like most people, and have invested in beliefs that are denigrating, negative, and limiting. When you nurture these beliefs every day, they get stronger, and it means that like most people, you might be reliving the past every day, in the present.
But there is a way to get free of this pattern. If beliefs live in the body, then to change them, through the body we must go…and there is no more powerful way to change your beliefs, anchor in new ones, and embody the WOO future self… than with breathwork.
In this two-hour session, you’ll engage in a reflective activity prior to a powerful belief-changing and anchoring breathwork practice to help you chart a path forward to your highest self. If you want to live your best life, you first must believe that it’s possible (and that you are worthy of it), and then start walking, talking, and thinking like the future, WOO you who has already accomplished the thing (whatever it is).
