Laura Canales has been in the wellness world for many years, blending her love for yoga with a deep commitment to holistic well-being. She is a certified 200-hour E-RYT yoga instructor, with a passion for guiding individuals toward physical strength and balance. Laura has taught in various settings and is currently based on beautiful Vancouver Island.
The styles of yoga she teaches include Hatha, Vinyasa, Power Yoga, Yogalates, Yin and Sound restorative practices, focusing on mindful movement and conscious breathing. As a teacher, Laura is known for creating an inclusive and nurturing environment where students of all levels can explore their practice and build strength. She believes in the power of therapeutic wellness, recognizing that we are not always perfect and it's okay not to be okay. What matters is our ability to rebound, learn, and grow. Laura is dedicated to fostering safe and supportive spaces for individuals to deepen their connection to their body, enhance their flexibility, and a sense of emotional balance.
