Rylee brings a holistic approach to health and wellness, weaving together her passion for yoga, movement, and healing. Having practiced yoga from a young age, she deepened her practice through a transformative 200-hour teacher training in India. Her classes include a unique blend of various movement modalities, including qigong, breathwork, and body awareness, designed to nourish body, mind and soul.
In addition to being a yoga teacher, Rylee is a massage therapist and integrated energy worker, with a focus on nervous system regulation. She is passionate about guiding individuals to connect with their bodies, fostering self-awareness, and supporting the natural healing process.
Outside of her practice, Rylee enjoys spending time outdoors with her fiancé and dog, rock climbing, swimming, and expressing her creativity in the kitchen.
