Yoga has been a transformative force in her life, shaping who she is today and inspiring her to share its power with others. She brings a heartfelt and grounded energy to every class, guiding students through a range of styles including Vinyasa, Hatha, Fitness Yoga, Yoga-lates, and Barre.
Blending breath with movement and mind with spirit, Sarah’s approach to teaching is holistic and intuitive. Her classes are not just about the physical—she invites students to connect deeply with themselves, awaken their inner strength, and move with intention.
When she’s not on the mat, you’ll find Sarah immersed in the natural world. A true lover of the outdoors, she feels most alive hiking through mountain trails, paddling on serene waters, working in her garden, or spending time with animals. She believes nature is a teacher, just like yoga—both are tools for awakening, healing, and joy.
