This meeting group is an informal group made up of friends and family of loved ones with dementia. 

There are so many emotions involved in caring for someone with dementia and we know first-hand how helpful it is to feel supported by people in similar situations. 

Tea and coffee will be provided and there will be no pressure to share if you aren't feeling up to it. Our hope is that you'll have a few laughs and maybe feel a little bit better than you did when you first arrived.
