The Reset 4 week breathwork series
Come and reset your nervous system through the power of breathwork.
In this 4 week series we will explore different breathing techniques to help combat stress, anxiety, and insomnia. The main style of breathing we will practice is called Conscious Connected Circular Breathing. We will explore other breathing techniques to energize us like breath of fire, and ones to ground us like alternative nostril breathing, and box breathing. My intention with this series is to leave you with tools to take home with you to practice in your everyday life. For the future times when you feel like your nervous system is out of whack, try the techniques you learned in class! See and feel the differences you've been yearning for.
New to breathwork? No problem, this series is welcome to all levels. The style of breathwork taught in this series is called Conscious Connected Circular Breathing. Catherine will go over everything in class, reminding you that there is no right or wrong way to breathe. Just listen to what feels best for you, remembering you are always in control. A part of her intention with these breathes is to help reset and nourish your nervous system.

We will then flow into our breathe for about 45 mins, then close our session with a 5mins silent journaling session paired with a cozy cup of organic herbal tea and a sharing circle.

Catherine is here to remind you of the inner power and strength that resides within you, and that you are your own healer. You are the one doing the work! As Tony Robins says, “ I am not your Guru.” You will often hear auditory cues in her sessions, encouraging you to tap into your inner strength and your inner healer. Her breathing sessions explore themes around, reclamation, empowerment, trust, and deep surrender.
