Denise (Diva Designs) has always engaged with creative activities to help manage the emotions of life. She discovered art journaling a decade ago and has been developing those skills ever since. Using art journalling as a reflective practice has made space for effectively handling change while also engaging in a form of play. Denise believes that there is a form of art journaling to suit individual needs.
Michelle is a long time educator in the post-secondary world but recent to yoga therapy. She is the owner of the social enterprise, WestCoast Duck Yoga, whose goal is to provide yoga and yoga therapy to communities that may not have access.
Kirsten (Cedars Counselling) has been a registered massage therapist for over 20 years, focusing on supporting clients’ physical well-being. Recently she has completed her diploma in counselling and is transitioning to support clients with their mental health journey. Kirsten endeavours to create a safe and compassionate space to allow individuals to engage in self-discovery, self-acceptance, and personal reflection.
