**New 6 Week Series Starts Tuesday, February 11, 18, 25, March 4, 11 & 18
In this therapeutic series, we’ll learn about the relationship between body, breath and the nervous system, and how they work together to support the pelvic floor.
This is a nourishing class for the whole body, with a special focus on the hips, core, psoas, and the spine. Somatic movement, yoga postures, mindful breathing, and self compassion practices will be woven through our time together, while we release & relax, build strength & resilience. You can expect a fun & gentle class, suitable for all levels of experience. All Levels Welcome
