In this therapeutic yoga series, we’ll explore the connection between body, mind, and the nervous system, and how they work together to support the pelvic floor.
Slow & gentle movement, fascial release, nervous system awareness, and self compassion practices will be woven through our time together, and we’ll learn why your breath is such a powerful tool in supporting pelvic health.
This is a deeply nourishing class for your whole being, suitable for supporting pregnancy, postnatal healing, those with chronic pain, healthy aging, symptoms of menopause, or anyone wanting to enhance their pelvic wellness.
