Immerse yourself in the slow meditative pace of Yin Yoga. Gently allow yourself to sink into shapes and land in stillness. Connecting breath with sensation to feel deeper into our bodies, focusing on stretching the connective tissues and improving joint circulation. The opportunity to create space in the body with the use of props gives the body permission to let go of tension while holding shapes from 3-5 minutes. Integrating the yin sequence in savasana is enhanced with a sound meditation using crystal bowls to further enhance your experience by promoting a deeper state of relaxation for the body and mind. 

If you're trying Yin for the first time or are a seasoned practitioner, everyone is welcome.
